Skin Me Alive
Yesterday I had a intense exercise with my training instructor. Well, his actually a friend helping me to lose weight but I call him my coach. He is well, mean. We did a 6 round lap around in the playground. A BIG playground. Then on the 7th round me made me jog. Doesn't sound so bad? Try doing it! -___- Gawd I was hell tired! When I thought I was done, he made me walk around my WHOLE neighborhood and my place is like huge. We even went places we never knew existed! When ever I complain he made me go faster. I had to keep up with his pace and he has long legs. As that whole long walk (like really LONG) was over, I thought I was done for the day. For hell, that was just the beginning. Later on was all Pump-ups and Push-ups. And I had to do this chair Pump-ups but I twisted my wrist when I did Pump-ups on the ground. =__= But what so ever, I am determine to lose my weight. And he is so ever kind enough to help me.
But today I had to do it my self because he was sick. I'd promise I did the same thing like yesterday but, GAWD no. I just took my bike and cycle for 10 minutes. Got tired. Went home did all the Pump-ups and Push-ups like yesterday. :D He might kill me but screw you! My bady aches! T_T

Currently playing this ZOMBIE GAME! WOO HOO! Thank you David Tam for telling the game because I have been finding a game to play since like forever. Finally found one! Without paying or having to download Like all the rest. -.-
